Promises, Promises (The Great Pacific Garbage Patch), and My Heart is Breaking (Thwaites Glacier) are the first two works in this new series, Boundaries. The works look at our current predicament and the trajectory of our relationship's emotional and physical scars and bruises while asking, can we salvage this? These works use landmark events and locations to highlight the damage done. Each location marks a place that causes both of us harm but can still be mended.
